The WearCam study is open to infants from 6 to 12 months of age with an older
sibling carrying an ASD diagnosis.  It is a pilot study aimed at collecting data
on the use of the WearCam in children at-risk for ASD to support future research
into early diagnosis.  It will involve bringing your infant into the LADDERS
clinic for one 15-20 minute session.  During the visit, your child will be asked
to wear the WearCam while their interest is drawn to certain objects.  The
WearCam is a small, lightweight camera mounted onto a standard child's hat.
There is no risk of harm to children who wear the camera and you or your child
may remove the WearCam at anytime.  This study will consist of one 15-20 minute
visit.
