CTIA11 Registration

Registration will be accepted by mail (payment by check to CTIA 2011/FOL) or  online:  (payment by credit card–MC/Visa/JCB only – sorry, NOT American Express).

Space is limited, so register early. No phone or fax registration will be accepted.  Mail-in registration closes April 22, 2011. You will receive a confirmation by email.  Walk-in Registration will be accepted as space permits for an additional  fee of $25/per person/per day. Please call 781-860-1777 for updates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing with a stamped  self-addressed envelope. Cancellations received by April 8, 2011, will receive  a full refund. Any received after that date will be subject to a $50 processing fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 22, 2011.

Registration fee includes conference materials and all meals listed in the  program. Any proceeds from the conference will help to support future  educational/outreach efforts.
